Directions: Unscrew cap, place near nostril & inhale 1-3 deep breathes through the nose. Repeat on both sides. For long-term balancing, use 1-2 times per day, 3-5 days per week. To reduce symptoms or regulate cycle, use every day for 7-10 days before menstruation. Replace cap after each use. Results vary with each individual. You may find you need to use more or less frequently to achieve desired results.
