It helps overcome the mental blocks that can cause one to be emotionally frozen & despondent. Physically, it stimulates circulation & increases stamina.
Directions: Often times the emotions related to this problem are built up over a long period of time. It may take several uses to relax & release the feelings causing impotence or frigidity. We suggest using this blend several times a week to facilitate healing over time.
Option 1: Add 2 teaspoons to the bath after getting in. Close shower curtain & take slow deep breaths through the nose. Repeat 3-4 times per week.
Option 2: Rub over entire abdomen, hips, across lower back & buttocks until completely absorbed into skin. Repeat 3-4 times per week.
Note: You may also combine the two methods. Example: Bath 2 times a week, body rub 2 times a week.
